What is the Lifetime Warranty policy?
We stand behind the legendary quality of our bags. Timbuk2 offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
How long does it take for my custom bag to be built?
Every custom bag is hand-sewn in our San Francisco factory. Please allow 10-14 business days for our team to craft your unique bag before it ships.
What is your return policy for non-custom items?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused, non-custom items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
How do I clean my Timbuk2 bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry your bag, as this can damage the fabric coatings and hardware.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your bags waterproof?
Most of our bags are water-resistant and feature a TPU liner to keep your gear dry in light rain. For extreme weather, we offer specific waterproof styles with roll-top closures.
